1. Digital service policy
BrandForge plans, top-ups, and generated launch kits are digital services. Charges are generally non-refundable once runs have been allocated, generation has begun, or a completed asset has been made available, except where required by law or expressly approved by BrandForge.
2. Failed generations
When BrandForge records a generation as failed before usable delivery, the reserved run is automatically returned to the account. A returned run is a service credit, not a cash refund. If the automatic return does not appear, contact support with the run ID.
3. Duplicate and incorrect charges
Report suspected duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a payment applied to the wrong account within seven days of the payment. We will review BrandForge, Razorpay, and webhook records. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take the banking network's processing time.
4. Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal after the effective cancellation point; it does not normally refund the current billing period. Access and remaining monthly runs may continue until the period ends unless the account is suspended for misuse, chargeback, or unpaid amounts.
5. How to request a review
- Email [email protected] from the registered account email.
- Include the payment ID, subscription or payment-link ID, date, amount, and reason for the request.
- Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or banking credentials.
