1. Who we are

MarketBaaz is an AI-assisted e-commerce intelligence and product research platform operated under Prosync Infotech Private Limited ("MarketBaaz", "we", "us", or "our"). MarketBaaz provides tools and insights to help e-commerce sellers research products, evaluate opportunities, understand market and sales signals, discover sourcing options, and make more informed decisions across their selling workflows. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit MarketBaaz, create an account, use our platform and browser extension, subscribe to a plan, conduct product or market research, or use any of our other features and services.

2. Information we collect

Account information, including name, email address, phone number, authentication identifier, role, and workspace settings.
Service inputs, including niche, product, brand-name choices, founder details, prompts, and instructions you submit.
Generated materials, previews, logos, documents, landing pages, ZIP artifacts, generation status, and run history.
Access and billing records where applicable, such as assigned run balance, payment status, customer identifiers, and ledger events. MarketBaaz does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.
What you do on MarketBaaz, such as the keywords and filters you search for, the ASINs you look up, the brand kits and landing pages you create, the lists you export and when you connect the Chrome extension. We keep it for 180 days so we can support you and see which features are used. Searches that contain an email address, web address or a long number are not kept.
Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, device data, session cookies, timestamps, and error or abuse signals.
When you use the MarketBaaz Chrome extension: the Amazon marketplace and the product-listing information needed for its disclosed research features, read from the Amazon pages you open and, while its Auto-load product details setting is on, from those products' own pages and their colour and size variations, which it loads. That is the product title, ASIN, brand, price, category, bestseller rank, ratings, review count, sales badge, seller and fulfillment details, dimensions, weight, date first available, the ASINs of its parent and variations, and the product's page and image addresses. From a product page it also sends the manufacturer, packer and importer that Amazon prints in the product information (the company name, address, phone and email the seller published on the listing) and the country of origin, and how the listing is presented: the number of bullet points, images and videos, whether it has extra brand content, a coupon or an Amazon badge, how many are left in stock when Amazon says so, the split of its star ratings, its category path (every level of the page's category breadcrumb, with Amazon's public category ids), and whether a search result was an advert. When keyword research is switched on for your account and you have accepted the extension's data notice, it also sends the words you searched for on Amazon and which products appeared in which position on that results page (a short list of ASINs and whether each was an advert), so MarketBaaz can estimate how often people search a keyword. Once you accept the extension's later data notice it also sends the search suggestions Amazon showed under a keyword you searched (the suggested phrases and their order, nothing else), so MarketBaaz can learn which phrases shoppers type; these are counted together and never stored against you. Once you accept the extension's newest data notice, a product or keyword you choose to save with its Save button is sent too (the product's ASIN, store, title, page and image address, brand, price, rating and review count, or the keyword, store and the figures shown on its row) and kept in your account until you remove it; nothing is saved unless you press Save. Once you accept the extension's newest data notice, from a product page it also sends how each offer on it is fulfilled and who sells it: the short labels the page prints about who ships and sells it (for example "Ships from: Amazon" or "Delivered by: Amazon"), the sellers its buying options and Other-Sellers panel list when the page itself shows them (seller names, Amazon's seller ids, prices and how each is fulfilled), and which seller holds the Buy Box; it reads only what the page already shows and does not open another page to find sellers. It does not send your Amazon account, your address, or any page address, and a search that looks like personal information, such as an email address or a long number, is discarded rather than stored. These observations are stored against a one-way code rather than your account, kept for 30 days, and only combined figures, never an individual's searches, are shown to anyone. The extension also sends per-marketplace counts of how Amazon pages responded and how long they took, the pace in use, and how many products' details came from MarketBaaz rather than from Amazon, which never include a product, a page address, or anything you typed. We also count, per account and day, how many requests the extension made and of which kind (for example product lookups or keyword research) and which version it is, kept 400 days for support and to decide when old versions can be retired; this holds nothing about what you looked at. We do not collect Amazon passwords, payment details, authentication cookies, or complete page HTML; a problem report you choose to send can include one product's HTML, as described below.

3. How we use information

Create and secure accounts, maintain sessions, and provide the requested MarketBaaz workflow.
Generate, save, preview, email, and deliver launch assets and downloadable files.
Manage subscriptions, allocate runs, prevent duplicate credits, and respond to support or billing requests.
Monitor reliability, investigate failures or misuse, improve prompts and product experience, and provide support.
Send transactional messages such as account, subscription, access, payment, generation, and low-credit notices. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.
For the Chrome extension, calculate and display the product intelligence, sales estimates, requested Sales Decoder reports, and requested supplier-search shortcuts described in the extension and Chrome Web Store listing, and pace its background page loading.

4. MarketBaaz Chrome extension

Chrome extension data notice. Before the extension collects or sends Amazon listing data, it shows an in-product notice and asks for your affirmative consent, and it asks again whenever that notice changes materially. The extension works only on its supported Amazon marketplaces and reads Amazon listing data only to provide its disclosed product-research features.

After consent and account connection, the extension sends the listing information described above, together with an authenticated request context, to MarketBaaz over HTTPS to calculate and return product intelligence. While Auto-load product details is on (the default; you can turn it off in the extension's Settings), it also loads the Amazon pages of the products you are viewing, and of their colour and size variations, to read their details. Once you have accepted the extension's later data notice, then on a search results page it also reads the next page of the same search from Amazon and reports that page's products to MarketBaaz as it does for any results page; you see them only when you press Load more. Once you have accepted the extension's newest data notice, and where MarketBaaz has switched this on for your account, after a search you made has been reported it also reads the results pages of the related searches Amazon's search box suggested for it, only while you are looking at the tab, and reports them to MarketBaaz the same way. Once you have accepted the extension's newest data notice, and where MarketBaaz has switched this on for your account, the extension also sends the seller code and the brand store address that a product page links to, and reads, only while you are looking at the tab, the public page of a seller, the store page of a brand or the customer-reviews page of a product, through your own Amazon session. What the page shows is sent to MarketBaaz: for a seller its name, location, rating, feedback and shipping figures and the details printed on its page, for a brand its store name, description and page names, and for reviews the star split, the totals and a summary of the first page (the share that are verified, have photos or are critical; no review text and no reviewer). If you are signed in to Amazon with a business account, the extra fields Amazon shows on a seller's page are included, with only a yes or no that it was a business account; email addresses and phone numbers are never sent or kept. For products you open, when MarketBaaz has switched this on for your account and you have accepted the extension's newest data notice, the extension may also read the list of other sellers' offers on that product's Amazon page and send the seller name and code, price, condition, who ships it and the seller's rating to MarketBaaz. When you open the summary of a brand, seller or category, and MarketBaaz has switched this on for your account and you have accepted the extension's newest data notice, the extension may also read that brand's, seller's or category's Amazon page and the first page of its products, through your own Amazon session, and send what they show to MarketBaaz. It caches product details in Chrome local storage for up to seven days.
Supplier discovery is initiated only when you select it. That request can include the product title, brand, category, ASIN, marketplace, product image URL, and Amazon product URL to prepare search links for supplier directories and search sites. Sales Decoder is initiated only when you select it and sends the ASIN and marketplace for analysis.
Problem reports are sent only when you choose Report a problem and press Send. A report contains your message and, unless you switch them off first, a screenshot of the tab, the figures shown for the product, the extension's recent requests to MarketBaaz and errors (kept only in the browser's session storage until then), and the HTML of that one product's block, with scripts and form values removed. Reports from the website can include the page address and its recent requests and errors. Reports are kept with your support tickets and deleted with your account.
The extension stores its settings, account/session state, and consent record locally in Chrome. You may withdraw extension consent from its Settings screen; this signs you out and stops its Amazon-page analysis. You can also request deletion or privacy assistance at [email protected].
MarketBaaz does not sell extension user data, use it for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or permit people to read it except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations.
MarketBaaz's use of user data received from the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Keyword research in the extension

When it has been switched on for you, the extension can research keywords for you on Amazon pages: search volumes, competition, history, Share of Voice and the keywords a product is found for.

What is sent: the keyword or ASIN you type into the tool, and the marketplace you choose, are sent to MarketBaaz, which looks them up in its own data and in live marketplace data. Nothing else from the Amazon page you are on is sent with them: not its address, title, products, prices or text. On an Amazon search results page the tool opens on the keyword of the search you are looking at, which you can change.
Credits: some searches use research credits from your plan, the same as keyword research on the website.
What we keep: the usage counts that run the credits and the service. Your recent searches in the tool are kept only in the open page and are gone when you close it.

6. The MarketBaaz assistant

When it has been switched on for you, the MarketBaaz assistant answers questions about how to use MarketBaaz, on the website, in the extension's popup and, if we have turned it on, in a panel on Amazon pages. It answers from MarketBaaz's own user guide and FAQ, and it cannot see your account, plan, payments or data.

What is sent: the questions you type and its answers are sent to MarketBaaz and processed by MarketBaaz AI to write each answer. Nothing from the Amazon page you are on is sent with them: not its address, title, products, prices or text.
How long we keep it: conversations are deleted automatically no later than 365 days after the last message (90 days as standard), you can clear a conversation yourself from the assistant, and deleting your account deletes them. Backups keep a deleted copy until they rotate, which takes up to 30 days.
What we keep after that: counts and timings (which model answered, how many tokens it used, how long it took, whether the answer finished) are kept for up to 400 days to run and pay for the service. These contain no question or answer text.
Please do not type passwords, payment details or confidential information. Answers can be wrong; for billing, your account or a problem, choose Talk to the team, which sends the conversation you choose to our support team as an ordinary support ticket.

7. AI processing and providers

Inputs necessary to generate a requested asset may be sent to the AI model providers we use. We also use infrastructure and service providers for identity and sign-in (including extension sign-in), application hosting and records, payments, marketplace data, and transactional email and messaging. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices, only to deliver the service.

Do not submit government identifiers, card details, health records, confidential third-party data, or information you do not have permission to use.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.

8. Cookies, security, and retention

MarketBaaz uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, and session continuity. Optional analytics may be used where configured and legally permitted.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and server-side secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the account, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Generated files may be removed after an operational retention period, so users should download completed kits they need.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, including Indian data-protection requirements where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required for payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate dispute resolution.

Request account deletion by emailing support from the registered email address.
Opt out of non-essential marketing without affecting service and billing notices.

10. International processing, children, and changes

Some providers may process information outside your state or country. By using MarketBaaz, you understand that information may be transferred where service infrastructure operates, subject to applicable safeguards.

MarketBaaz is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
