1. Who we are
BrandForge Launch OS is an AI-assisted private-label planning service operated under Prosync Ecommerce Education ("BrandForge", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy explains how information is handled when you visit BrandForge, create an account, subscribe, or generate a launch kit.

2. Information we collect
- Account information, including name, email address, phone number, authentication identifier, role, and workspace settings.
- Service inputs, including niche, product, brand-name choices, founder details, prompts, and instructions you submit.
- Generated materials, previews, logos, documents, landing pages, ZIP artifacts, generation status, and run history.
- Access and billing records where applicable, such as assigned run balance, payment status, customer identifiers, and ledger events. BrandForge does not store complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.
- Technical and security information such as IP address, browser type, device data, session cookies, timestamps, and error or abuse signals.
- When you use the Brand Forge Chrome extension: the Amazon marketplace and visible product-listing information needed for its disclosed research features, including product title, ASIN, brand where available, price, category, bestseller rank, ratings, review count, sales badge, fulfillment and seller metrics. We do not collect Amazon passwords, payment details, authentication cookies, or complete page HTML.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts, maintain sessions, and provide the requested BrandForge workflow.
- Generate, save, preview, email, and deliver launch assets and downloadable files.
- Manage subscriptions, allocate runs, prevent duplicate credits, and respond to support or billing requests.
- Monitor reliability, investigate failures or misuse, improve prompts and product experience, and provide support.
- Send transactional messages such as account, subscription, access, payment, generation, and low-credit notices. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be opted out of.
- For the Chrome extension, calculate and display the product intelligence, sales estimates, requested Sales Decoder reports, and requested supplier-search shortcuts described in the extension and Chrome Web Store listing.
4. Brand Forge Chrome extension
Chrome extension data notice. Before the extension collects or sends Amazon listing data, it shows an in-product notice and asks for your affirmative consent. The extension works only on its supported Amazon marketplaces and reads visible listing data only to provide its disclosed product-research features.
- After consent and account connection, the extension sends the listing information described above, together with an authenticated request context, to BrandForge over HTTPS to calculate and return product intelligence. The extension may process product-page details locally when you request them and caches those selected details in Chrome local storage for up to seven days.
- Supplier discovery is initiated only when you select it. That request can include the product title, brand, category, ASIN, marketplace, product image URL, and Amazon product URL to prepare Alibaba or IndiaMART search links. Sales Decoder is initiated only when you select it and sends the ASIN for analysis.
- The extension stores its settings, account/session state, and consent record locally in Chrome. You may withdraw extension consent from its Settings screen; this signs you out and stops its Amazon-page analysis. You can also request deletion or privacy assistance at [email protected].
- BrandForge does not sell extension user data, use it for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility, or permit people to read it except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigation, legal compliance, or aggregated and anonymized internal operations.
- BrandForge's use of user data received from the Chrome extension adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Brand Forge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Amazon is a trademark of its respective owner.
5. AI processing and providers
Inputs necessary to generate a requested asset may be sent to configured AI providers, including OpenAI. We also use infrastructure and service providers such as Firebase for identity, MongoDB for application records, Razorpay for payments, and email providers for transactional messages. Extension authentication can use Firebase. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
- Do not submit government identifiers, card details, health records, confidential third-party data, or information you do not have permission to use.
- We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies, security, and retention
BrandForge uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, security, and session continuity. Optional analytics may be used where configured and legally permitted.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and server-side secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the account, meet legal or financial obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Generated files may be removed after an operational retention period, so users should download completed kits they need.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, including Indian data-protection requirements where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for eligible personal information. Some records may be retained where required for payments, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate dispute resolution.
- Update available profile information from your account or contact support for assistance.
- Request account deletion by emailing support from the registered email address.
- Opt out of non-essential marketing without affecting service and billing notices.

8. International processing, children, and changes
Some providers may process information outside your state or country. By using BrandForge, you understand that information may be transferred where service infrastructure operates, subject to applicable safeguards.
BrandForge is intended for adults and business users and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or law changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
